I put in maintenance request for pest control, but ultimately I had to deal with the problem myself. The microwave was broken and they didn’t replaced it for a month, after repeated maintenance requests were placed. They never, ever answer the phone for residents. My car was hit and totaled in their parking lot, and when I purchased a new vehicle, they once again refused to do their job and issue me a new parking permit. I have called them every hour on the hour to schedule an appointment to get a permit, and have not once gotten an answer.
It is located near shops and major highways such as 395. The building itself is in amazing condition and tenants can enjoy amenities such as parks, bike paths, pools, and fitness gyms. The cherry on top is definitely the staff as they are always alert to one's needs. First of all their staff is terrible and irresponsible!

There are also five parks within 2.5 miles, including Ford Nature Center, Lucky Run Park, and Allie S. Freed Park. Living in Meadowcreek has it's good and bad days. As a renter who has been in a different apartment each year, I think it's safe to say we can speak about this subject with intelligence... Nestled in acres of land and trees, our apartment has its own entrance covered by bushes for some privacy.
Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves with the exception of our heavy footed neighbors above us that seem to play basketball at odd times of the day. Amenities are great, pool, rec center nearby, stores are conveniently closeby and the shuttle is great that takes us to the metro Mon-Fri. Moving in was very easy and the office has been very helpful! We have had a few maintenance issues but they have been fixed quickly so far.

Never get stuff fixed on time or fix it the right way. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone unless you're very desperate. Thank you for your review- we love having you are residents. The area was good but now it is heavily infected with huge mice. If you walk in the evening or night you will see mice in corners.
The situation of my street, Sheffield is so bad that mice have gotten into dry walks and heat vents and at night you can hear mice crawling and scratching. Management need to do something soon otherwise the area will be unlivable. Living amenities are good in lynbrook apartments. They only answer the phone if they think you are a potential new tenant. So now I, as a paying resident have to park my car on the busy side street in order to avoid being towed. Which is another issue, they have zero parking available. Do not plan to go out for the night, because by 7pm there is no parking. This place is terrible, and no one should ever subject themselves to the horrible management that this place offers. Oh, and one last thing, these buildings flood regularly.
